Bastard Things is an Italian independent AI series by director Sigfrido Giammona.

The project combines photorealistic AI visuals inspired by stylized collectible characters with animation, editing and original music by Retro F and The Deep.

Set in the fictional city of Spokkins, the series explores a grotesque and ironic universe where the SopraFotto represents a distorted and dark parallel dimension.

Bastard Things is defined by a goliardic, apocalyptic and eccentric humor, blending pop culture influences with experimental AI-driven storytelling.

The series consists of 10 episodes, including a behind-the-scenes and an official music video titled "Glasswave" by The Deep, developed within the Bastard Things universe.
